Tabata Fit Classes

Can’t find the time to work out? Here’s the TABATA training method, recognized for its effectiveness in burning a great number of calories in a short amount of time and for supplying optimal cardiovascular benefits. In this 30-minute class, you will complete 5 TABATA rounds. Each round lasts 4 minutes. You will alternate between pushing yourself for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds. By pushing the intensity level to the max while performing a simple series of exercises, you will be soliciting all muscle groups. Come and discover how such a short workout can be so effective!
