Yoga Classes

Our Yoga group exercise class is basically a hatha-yoga class. It doesn’t however exclude other branches of the yoga discipline. Although more zen than Power Yoga, yoga works the same muscular qualities (force and flexibility) while being conducive to relaxation. The class may end with a little meditation.
