Our Yoga group exercise class is basically a hatha-yoga class. It doesn’t however exclude other branches of the yoga discipline. Although more zen than Power Yoga, yoga works the same muscular qualities (force and flexibility) while being conducive to relaxation. The class may end with a little meditation.

To participate in one or many group exercise classes, you must first register (except for the “Open classes”). To do so,

  • Choose the desired session;
  • Select the class(es) you wish to attend by checking the box;
  • Click on the “Register to this (these) classes” button at the bottom of the page.

Choose from our wide selection of varied workout DVDs from the ‘’30 minutes par jour pour vivre plus’’ collection! Alone or in a group, when the room is available, go to the front desk to register.
