Power Yoga Classes

The Power Yoga group exercise class is a fusion of different types of yoga, the main one being ashtanga yoga. This class focuses on muscle strengthening, flexibility, and relaxation. The various postures, or asanas, are sequenced to provide a dynamic, yet fluid, session that tones the muscles of the entire body.
