New : NPX stands for Nautilus Plus X-training! Discover our high-intensity cross-training group training sessions, all supervised by a personal trainer. This training method will allow you to develop your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, your strength, your flexibility as well as your balance and coordination with stimulating and varied exercises. Working out in small groups keeps the energy and motivation high! Register for a session and participate in 3 sessions* or more per week!
