Group cycling Classes
Our Group Cycling classes will transport you to the invigorating realm of the cyclist. You will experience a unique training session doing interval-type sequences and wicked sprints simulating different terrains. Whether to improve your aerobic capacity, increase your muscular endurance or simply burn lots of calories, this is the ideal class for you! Supplement of $5 per 2 weeks ($130 /year).
