In a festive atmosphere, this dance class develops the cardiovascular system, generates increased caloric expenditure and focuses on toning the abs and lower back. We alternate between dance sequences, reminiscent of a nightclub atmosphere, and sequences of ultra-effective exercises to strengthen and tone the core! It is a training of moderate intensity.
