Total-Body Toning Workout
Here’s a complete muscle toning workout using only one piece of equipment : dumbells. Please watch the french video for details on the form and execution. You must do each exercise one after the other without any rest between sets. Do 15 repetitions of each of the eight exercises and after completing the circuit once, take a break of 2 to 3 minutes and repeat the whole circuit once more or even twice if you have the time.
This training is very efficient and quick to do. It’s also ideal for those who have less time but want results!
