Guacamole dip

1 serving = ¼ cup

 

Ingredients

40 g (1 cup) baby spinach

½ avocado (75g), sliced

60 ml (1/4 cup) light cream cheese

½ lime, zest and juice

15 ml (1 tbsp) cilantro, chopped

1/8 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Accompaniment (per portion)

½ whole wheat pita bread, toasted

 

Directions

In the food processor (6″), mix ingredients into a puree

174 calories, 23g carbohydrates, 7g protein, 8g lipids, 4g fiber
