The I’m Taking Charge 3 challenge takes off on August 10!

For a third year, dozens of people will take part in this great challenge. The 39 participants will have 3 months to transform themselves and reach their healthy weight, develop healthy eating habits, integrate physical exercise at least 4 times a week, and most of all, maintain their new habits on the long term! Each participant will represent a center of the Nautilus Plus network, and will be followed by a team made of a personal trainer and a nutritionist. They will complete the 90 days TRANSFORM GOLD program.

Follow their progress

I invite you to follow the evolution of their results through this blog, as each week we will present the TOP 12 of the best weight loss percentages (6 men and 6 women). You will also be able to encourage them by commenting on the official Facebook page for the challenge www.facebook/jemeprendsenmain. You have no idea how your words of encouragement will influence their level of motivation throughout the challenge, so do not hesitate to give your support!

Take charge as well!

You should know that one of the best ways of taking charge is to do it with a group. Take advantage of the beginning of this third edition of the CHALLENGE to start your own weight loss process. Get help from experts in each field: personal trainers and nutritionists. This way, you will make sure that you get the best possible results, while getting support from others who are taking charge at the same time!
