Sweet Treat: Maple Syrup Flavoured Pears & Yogurt Jars

Need a little something to satisfy your sweet tooth? These little jars of maple syrup flavoured pears and yogurt are easy to prepare, delicious, and most of all, healthy! Bon appétit!
Per serving: 194 calories/ 39g carbs/ 0g fat/ 10g proteins
750 ml (3 cups) pears, peeled, seeded, and cubed
45 ml (3 tablespoons) water
1 vanilla bean or 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
500 ml (2 cups) 0 % fat Greek vanilla yogurt
30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
1. In a pan, simmer the pears over low heat. Grate the vanilla bean and add to the mix. Cook for about 15 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the Greek yogurt and maple syrup. Set aside somewhere cold.
3. In a small jar, add the pears and yogurt alternately.
