Here is a simple and refreshing summer recipe!

Per serving: 406 calories / 51 g carbs / 16 g fat / 17 g proteins / 6 g fibre
30 g (1/5 pack) rice vermicelli, dry
4 rice wraps, average size (8.5 po)
250 ml (1 cup) baby spinach, fresh
½ avocado, sliced
¼ mango, sliced
4 large strawberries, sliced
½ green onion, chopped
30 ml (2 tablespoons) Wafu sesame sauce
Side dish (per person)
½ sweet red pepper, sliced
¼ cucumber, sliced
1. In a small pan, bring the water to a boil, and cook the rice vermicelli according to the directions on the box. Drain, and set aside.
2. In a bowl of warm water, quickly dip a rice wrap before putting it on a work surface.
3. Spread all the ingredients on the rice wraps. Roll firmly to encase the filling.
4. To serve with your wraps, use the Japanese Wafu sauce to dip (available at most supermarkets). (mettre le lien : http://www.wafu.ca/fr/home)
