Strawberry & Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

July 21, 2025 - By Daphné Cadieux

Temps de lecture 2 minutes

This frozen yogurt bark is the perfect treat to cool down and satisfy your hunger on a hot afternoon by the pool — guaranteed! It works just as well as a balanced snack or a fun, original dessert.

You can easily customize the recipe to suit your tastes or whatever you have on hand. Use ripe fruit that needs to be eaten soon, add granola for a crunchy twist, or skip the ground flaxseed if you don’t have any. There are plenty of ways to make it your own — and it’ll be just as delicious every time.

Servings: 6
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Freezing time: 3–4 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (350 g) plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) ground flaxseed
  • 1 small container of strawberries, sliced
  • ⅓ cup (60 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey and ground flaxseed. Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet, smoothing the surface.
  3. Place the strawberry slices on top of the yogurt mixture.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberries.
  5. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until the frozen yogurt bark is solid and breaks easily into pieces.
