You like chocolate? Then you will love these small truffles! They are simple and quick to prepare, and satisfy our sweet tooth. I call them little balls of energy! I hope you will love them as much as I do!

Per serving: 146 calories / 25 g carbs / 6 g fat / 2 g protein / 5 g fiber
250 g (1 cup well pressed) fresh Medjool dates
125 ml (½ cup) raw cocoa powder
125 ml (½ cup) coconut, sugar free
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of water
60 ml (¼ cup) pecans, chopped
- In a food processor, mix the dates, cocoa powder, half of the coconut and water.
- Make small balls with the dates mix, and roll them in chopped pecans or remaining coconut.
- Makes about 18 truffles.
