 Are you bored with your classic peanut butter toast? Try this alternative!

Servings : 1

Preparation : 2 minutes

 

Ingredients :

2 crackers, multigrain

1 tbsp. (15 ml)  almond butter

1 banana, small, sliced

1 tbsp. (15 ml)  hemp seeds

1 tsp. (5 ml)  honey (optional)

 

Preparation:

  1. Spread the almond butter on the crackers
  2. Add the bananas, hemp seeds, and honey
  3. Enjoy!

405 calories, 50g carbohydrates, 9g fiber, 15g protein, 18g of lipid
