Here’s a delicious breakfast recipe from the Zero Diet book.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Portion: 1

Ingredients

5 oz (150 g) berry tofu dessert
½ cup (125 ml) frozen strawberries
½ cup (125 ml) frozen blueberries
1 cup (250 ml) 1% milk

Preparation

In a blender, reduce all the ingredients to a smooth purée.
Serve your breakfast with 2 slices toast, whole wheat.

398 calories / 68 g carbohydrates / 20 g proteins / 8 g fat
1 fruit / 2 starches / 1 milk and alternatives / 1 meat and alternatives
