Watching me get in shape inspired my social circle
Packing my bags only to realize that my clothes had become too tight was the turning point for me. I signed up for a 6-month transformation program at the gym, and as soon as I returned from vacation I got down to business and started exercising under the supervision of a personal trainer and a nutritionist.
I soon began to look forward to exercising, and I even trained anywhere from one hour and a half to two hours a day, six to seven days a week. After training for six months, I surpassed my objective and lost 57.8 pounds! Being active is now part of my daily routine. I also started biking again, something I had not done since my youth. Watching me get in shape inspired my social circle. Everyone around me says that seeing me train gave them the motivation to become active. I would like to thank each member of my family for their understanding, because I had to make my objectives a priority to be able to accomplish what I wanted.
