A Painful Return From Miami
December 30, 2015 - By Les Enformidables
When I came back from my vacation in Miami, I thought I looked horrible on my pictures. I couldn’t believe that a 23 years old woman could be so overweight. Since I had planned another vacation in May and didn’t want to feel ashamed of my pictures again, I started exercising and eating healthy. I changed my life habits to make healthy choices.
Before I started exercising, I did not stop myself from taking part in activities, but I was always wondering: “Will I be able to do it?” Now, I know that there is nothing I can’t accomplish. I signed up for a race for the first time in my life. I can shop in any boutique I want, because all clothes fit me. I can even wear a bikini, thanks to my newfound self-confidence. I love myself, and I think that’s what counts. Wearing nicer clothes that compliment me only adds to my self-esteem.
