Nutrition in your workplace

September 29, 2015 - By Nautilus Plus

Temps de lecture 2 minutes

With the approach of autumn, Nautilus Plus is starting a new season of “zero diet” nutrition courses in the workplace. We know how precious your time is, and for this reason our nutritionists are coming to you, right where you work.

The “zero diet” package comprises a series of group sessions led by a nutritionist. The sessions, held on the lunch hour for a period of 6 to 12 weeks, are designed according to the group’s interests. Goals vary: maintaining a healthy lifestyle, weight loss, muscle gain, increasing energy, preventing disease, and even sports prep! There are topics by the ton: healthy snacks, portion dictionary, daily requirements, making healthy choices at the food store and restaurant, myths and facts, lunch boxes, hydration, reading food labels, and lots more.

What does it includes?

The package includes two Bodë tests and a Zero Diet book. The purpose of Bodë tests is to assess your percentage of body fat and muscle mass. Far more accurate than a scale, this tool will enable you to track with precision the progress you make over the 6- or 12-week period of the course. The Zero Diet book, by Karine Larose, provides dozens of healthy solutions for preparing meals in the comfort of your own kitchen.

This autumn, Nautilus Plus is offering free information sessions with a nutritionist in your office building. She will discuss with those interested the topics that could be covered in the packages.

For further details or to book an information session, please contact: Sabrina D’amore at sabrina.damore@nautilusplus.com.
