I’m 61 years old. I’ve suffered from inflammation and osteoarthritis for fifteen years. I could not get up from a chair without using my arms.

My knees and my right leg were painful. My mobility was dwindling because the pain on the right side of my body was too intense. I wasn’t aware of it, but I was constantly shifting my weight on my left leg. Then, I noticed that the sole of my left shoe was wearing out prematurely in comparison with my right shoe. As a result, I had been experiencing pain in my right hip at night for several months. I couldn’t live this way anymore. I woke up one morning and decided it was time to get back in shape. I began exercising under supervision and decided to change my nutrition. This decision turned my life around. I feel ten years younger, I have lost 31 pounds, and I can climb stairs without feeling any pain.
