Chocolate creamies

Looking for a delicious and quick dessert recipe for the holidays?

These yogurt based chocolate creamies come straight from our Zero Diet 2 book and make the perfect dessert after a heavy holiday meal!

Ingredients

60g of 70% dark chocolate
2 cups plain Greek yogurt 0%
¼ cup maple syrup
4 tsp. cocoa powder

Method
1) Melt the dark chocolate in microwave for 1m30 sec
2) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
3) Let the mix cool in the fridge
