How can you incorporate this program in your daily routine?

Several options are available to you:

  • SINGLE SESSION – You can start with one session per day and gradually increase the number of sessions. yoga-matinal cardio-boxe cardio-hiit
  • SEVERAL SPLIT SESSIONS – You can choose to split two or three sessions over the course of the day (one in the morning, one at noon and one in the evening).
  • MULTIPLE SESSIONS COMBINED – You can combine the sessions you like the most (or repeat the same one more than once) and build your own complete workout to last 20…30…40… or even 60 minutes long!

Karine has concocted a 30-day program for you which will help you increase the duration of your daily workouts gradually during the month. When more than one session is scheduled, you can perform them successively or split them throughout your day. The goal is to complete the indicated number of sessions each day.
