Losing weight instead of wasting time

When my wife and I lived in the Laurentians, my commute to work in Montreal monopolized 15 hours of my week. When we moved to Montreal, we decided to use the extra time to improve our health.

It was a great decision, as my weight was around 245 pounds at the time. Signing up for a membership in a centre that offers both essential aspects of fitness, i.e., exercise and nutrition, enabled us to quickly turn our lives around. The coaching we both received made a huge difference. I am now only a few months away from reaching my healthy weight, but beyond the numbers on the scale, the physical well-being I developed is most rewarding. Our new habits are now part of our daily lives, and we’re in it for the long run!
