It has been said that it takes a minimum of 21 days to change or form a habit. However, in order to achieve a high level of success, it is important not to change everything at once. Our nutritionists are there to guide you, one habit at a time, throughout the entire process. As time goes on, the more confidence and independence you’ll gain! Fitness and nutritional assessment
A BODË test will determine your % of body fat, your basal metabolism, and several other measurements that are required to get off to a good start. The nutritional assessment allows the nutritionist to analyze your eating habits and suggest changes.
This program includes:
