Choco-coco Truffles

You like chocolate? Then you will love these small truffles! They are simple and quick to prepare, and satisfy our sweet tooth. I call them little balls of energy! I hope you will love them as much as I do!

9 servings (2 balls per serving)
Per serving: 146 calories / 25 g carbs / 6 g fat / 2 g protein / 5 g fiber

Ingredients
250 g (1 cup well pressed) fresh Medjool dates
125 ml (½ cup) raw cocoa powder
125 ml (½ cup) coconut, sugar free
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of water
60 ml (¼ cup) pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. In a food processor, mix the dates, cocoa powder, half of the coconut and water.
  2. Make small balls with the dates mix, and roll them in chopped pecans or remaining coconut.
  3. Makes about 18 truffles.
