Cycling preparation
While the main aim is getting you ready for the cycling season, this course also targets aerobic endurance, maximal aerobic power, strength-endurance of the lower limbs, strength of the chest and back, and your flexibility. The sessions use resistance machines as well as stationary bikes to develop your cardiovascular qualities. The program is designed to progress according to your level to allow you to develop optimal fitness for the start of your next cycling season.

Supervised group training

Once a week for 8, 12 or 16 sessions, you will attend training sessions in a small group* with a maximum of 11 participants. The sessions will allow you to learn the latest proven training techniques for maximizing results. For just a fraction of the cost of personal training, you will benefit from made-to-measure supervision in an invigorating, dynamic atmosphere.

* Group of a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 11 participants.
