Our Consultations & Packages

Initial Consultation – Nutrition Assessment

60 minutes to fully understand your unique profile. We dive into your athletic world: training disciplines, volume, seasonal goals, current nutrition habits (daily intake, fueling during exercise, supplements), and specific challenges (energy, digestion, recovery, body composition). We also look at your lifestyle : sleep, stress, schedule, and practical constraints. This is an in-depth, judgment-free conversation where you can openly share your concerns and questions. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of where you stand and what can be improved. Your detailed, personalized nutrition plan will be delivered in the following days. This is the essential first step in building a winning nutrition strategy.

Follow-Up Sessions – 30 minutes or Full 1-Hour Review

30 to 60 minutes to fine-tune your plan as you progress. We meet mid-program (or at key checkpoints) to assess what’s working, what’s challenging, and the results you’re experiencing: energy levels, digestion, performance, recovery, and body composition. You’ll share honest feedback, daily challenges, and training-related questions. This is the moment to clarify uncertainties, overcome obstacles, and celebrate progress. Following the session, you’ll receive updated plan adjustments: nutrition tweaks, timing, quantities, fueling strategies, or any other elements needed to keep you moving forward. Because a great nutrition plan evolves with you.

Event Preparation Packages

INITIATION PACKAGE

Ideal for a 10K, half marathon, or sprint triathlon (approximately 10 weeks)

Includes:

  • Initial nutrition consultation and assessment
  • Personalized nutrition plan (training + competition)
  • 2 × 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • Plan adjustments as needed

SEMI-PRO PACKAGE

Perfect for a marathon or Half-Ironman (approximately 20 weeks)

  • 1 × full 1-hour review
  • Complete plan including race-day strategy

PRO PACKAGE

Designed for Ironman, long-distance trail races, and ultra-endurance events (approximately 40 weeks)
