The first month of the I’m Taking Charge Challenge 3 is already completed and our candidates now realize how much effort they must invest in order to transform their life, for the better!
This year, we prioritize fat loss to total weight loss. Many people put too much importance to their weight on the scale when in reality it is the loss of fat accompanied with maintaining or gaining muscle mass that create a better overall health. This is why we give the results in terms of percentage of fat loss each week (we divide the total fat loss by the total fat mass at the beginning).
