TOP 12: Week 10
Here are the top 12 of Week 10 (to view all results, go to the “PARTICIPANTS” section of this blog). I remind you that we show the total FAT loss and that the percentage of fat loss is calculated based on the total fat mass of each participant at the beginning of the adventure.
Although there are still three weeks left to the Challenge, several participants have already reached their goal and most of them are almost there! It is very encouraging to see how their efforts have been rewarded. I invite you to continue encouraging them because the last few weeks can be the most difficult.
Dear candidates, whether you are experiencing fatigue, discouragement or a burst of energy to the finish line, remember that although this challenge represents only a tiny part of your life it is a huge gift of a better, healthier life!
