Kettlebell training

The kettlebell is a cast-iron weight that Russian athletes have been using for quite a few centuries. Rediscovered more recently, kettlebell training allows you to reshape your body like never before with high intensity training. Once you have mastered the basic movements, you will develop strength, endurance and power. Through precise movements and attention to detail, you will gain total control over your working muscles, the emphasis being on complete range of motion. The supervised group training formula allows training with this multifunctional tool to be individualized.

Supervised group training

Once a week for 8, 12 or 16 sessions, you will attend training sessions in a small group* with a maximum of 11 participants. The sessions will allow you to learn the latest proven training techniques for maximizing results. For just a fraction of the cost of personal training, you will benefit from made-to-measure supervision in an invigorating, dynamic atmosphere.

* Group of a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 11 participants.
