Alors que le d\u00e9fi individuel consiste \u00e0 br\u00fbler le plus de calories en 30 minutes d\u2019activit\u00e9 cardio, le d\u00e9fi 4X4 consiste, quant \u00e0 lui, \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter 2 heures d\u2019exercices d\u2019endurance en \u00e9quipe de 4 personnes (v\u00e9lo stationnaire, elliptique, tapis roulant et escaladeur). Ouf! Pas besoin de vous dire que vous devez \u00eatre pr\u00eat mentalement et physiquement, mais aussi nutritionnellement!
