Mais qu\u2019est-ce donc qu\u2019une bonne collation? <strong>Une collation nutritive comprend deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments : une source de glucides jumel\u00e9e \u00e0 une source de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les quatre groupes alimentaires du <em>Guide alimentaire canadien<\/em>, les l\u00e9gumes et fruits ainsi que les produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers (barres tendres, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, craquelins, pain) constituent des sources de glucides. D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, les produits laitiers (lait, boisson de soya, yogourt, fromage) ainsi que les viandes et substituts (viande, volaille, poisson, fruits de mer, \u0153uf, noix, graine, l\u00e9gumineuses) sont des sources de prot\u00e9ines. Le truc consiste donc \u00e0 combiner deux des quatre groupes alimentaires pour former une collation compl\u00e8te!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre les aliments qui composent notre collation, il faut aussi pr\u00eater attention aux portions. Besoin d\u2019exemples?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Collations bien proportionn\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00b7250 ml (1 tasse) petits fruits + 125 ml (\u00bd tasse) fromage cottage<\/li><li>\u00b760 ml (\u00bc tasse) fruits s\u00e9ch\u00e9s + 45 ml (3 c. \u00e0 table) noix ou graines<\/li><li>\u00b7125 ml (tasse) compote de fruits + 60 g (2 tranches) fromage r\u00e9duit en gras<\/li><li>\u00b7175 ml (\u00be tasse) jus de fruits + 1 tranche de pain de bl\u00e9 entier + 10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) beurre d\u2019arachide<\/li><li>\u00b7125 ml (\u00bd tasse) carottes tranch\u00e9es + 60 ml (\u00bc tasse) hummus maison<\/li><li>\u00b7125 ml (1\/2 tasse) crudit\u00e9s + 30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 table) hummus + \u00bd pain pita de bl\u00e9<\/li><li>\u00b74 \u00e0 5 craquelins + 60 ml (\u00bc tasse) thon en conserve<\/li><li>\u00b7250 ml (1 tasse) ma\u00efs souffl\u00e9 nature + 250 ml boisson de soya enrichie<\/li><li>\u00b71 fruit + 1 (100 ml) yogourt grec nature<\/li><li>\u00b71 barre tendre de type Kashi + 1 \u0153uf cuit dur<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019oubliez pas que la planification est la cl\u00e9 d\u2019une saine alimentation : en pr\u00e9voyant vos collations pour la journ\u00e9e, vous \u00e9viterez de succomber aux grignotines peu nutritives de la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria ou de la machine distributrice!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La collation peut aussi \u00eatre pour vous l\u2019occasion de manger des aliments provenant de groupes alimentaires n\u00e9glig\u00e9s, comme les l\u00e9gumes, les fruits ou les produits laitiers.
