{"id":4994,"date":"2013-11-11T11:41:55","date_gmt":"2013-11-11T16:41:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jemeprendsenmain.ca\/?p=4994"},"modified":"2017-09-08T10:34:07","modified_gmt":"2017-09-08T14:34:07","slug":"soya-ou-pas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/fr\/soya-ou-pas\/","title":{"rendered":"Soya, ou pas?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ces temps-ci, on me demande souvent si les produits de soya sont r\u00e9ellement bons.\u00a0 Sont-ils trop transform\u00e9s?\u00a0 Ont-ils r\u00e9ellement un impact sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des sympt\u00f4mes de la m\u00e9nopause?\u00a0 Les hommes d\u00e9velopperont-ils une plus forte poitrine s\u2019ils mangent du tofu?\u00a0 \u00c9claircissons tout \u00e7a\u2026<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Le soya et le cancer du sein<\/b><\/p>\n<p>On remarque que <b>les produits de soya (ou plut\u00f4t leur contenu en isoflavones) r\u00e9duiraient le risque de cancer du sein et son risque de r\u00e9cidive<\/b>.\u00a0 Ce qui semble brouiller les pistes est le fait que la majorit\u00e9 des gens sur la plan\u00e8te enti\u00e8re consomme rarement autant de soya que les Japonaises, celles qui semblent avoir le risque le moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cancer du sein.\u00a0 Par contre, on croit que si l\u2019on consommait autant de soya, et ce depuis notre tr\u00e8s jeune \u00e2ge, le risque de cancer du sein chez les Occidentaux diminuerait grandement.\u00a0 Par contre, les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques du soya semblent \u00eatre remis en question lorsqu&rsquo;un diagnostic de cancer du sein est \u00e9tabli.\u00a0 En p\u00e9riode de traitement contre ce cancer, abstenez-vous de consommer trop de soya, puisque l&rsquo;effet inverse pourrait \u00eatre observ\u00e9 (prolif\u00e9ration des cellules canc\u00e9reuses).\u00a0\u00a0 <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Le soya et ses effets hormonaux<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ces fameux isoflavones sont en fait des phytoestrog\u00e8nes, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, une substance chimique active provenant d&rsquo;une plante qui aurait un effet semblable \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153strog\u00e8ne, hormone f\u00e9minine<b>.\u00a0 Puisque les sympt\u00f4mes associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause sont dus \u00e0 une chute d\u2019hormones, les produits de soya aideraient \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ces sympt\u00f4mes<\/b> (notamment les bouff\u00e9es de chaleur).\u00a0 Il est \u00e0 noter que les effets seraient plus marqu\u00e9s chez les femmes pr\u00e9-m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es, que celles d\u00e9j\u00e0 m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es.\u00a0 Pour ce qui est des hommes<b>, il n\u2019y a aucune association entre la consommation d\u2019isoflavones et le niveau de testost\u00e9rone total<\/b>.\u00a0 On associe m\u00eame un risque r\u00e9duit du cancer de la prostate chez les hommes consommant des produits de soya.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Le soya et la sant\u00e9 du c\u0153ur<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Le<\/b> <b>soya et ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s sont aussi associ\u00e9s \u00e0 une meilleure sant\u00e9 du c\u0153ur. <\/b>\u00a0Le fait que les prot\u00e9ines de soya remplacent souvent une source de prot\u00e9ines animales (source de gras satur\u00e9s, augmentant le \u00ab\u00a0mauvais\u00a0\u00bb cholest\u00e9rol) explique en partie ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne.\u00a0 De plus, les produits de soya sont riches en gras polyinsatur\u00e9s (de bons gras) qui aident \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le \u00ab\u00a0mauvais\u00a0\u00bb cholest\u00e9rol.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Quantit\u00e9 d\u2019isoflavones<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir les diff\u00e9rents effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques des <b>isoflavones, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019en consommer de 20 \u00e0 80 mg\/jour<\/b>, ou <b>l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 80 g \u00e0 160 g de produits de soya<\/b>.\u00a0 Pour vous donner une id\u00e9e des quantit\u00e9s, consultez ce tableau\u00a0:<\/p>\n<table class=\"MsoNormalTable\" style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
