L\u2019orge est un grain particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9 en fibres solubles, reconnues pour <strong>contribuer \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9gulation de la glyc\u00e9mie<\/strong> <strong>et \u00e0<\/strong> <strong>diminuer le cholest\u00e9rol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce que manger pour contribuer \u00e0 sa sant\u00e9 ne devrait jamais \u00eatre redondant ni ennuyeux!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson : 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml) d\u2019orge perl\u00e9, sec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 aubergine, grande taille, coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10 ml) de poudre d\u2019ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) de za\u2019atar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de pois chiches (540 ml), bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd paquet de fromage halloumi (200g), coup\u00e9 en 6 tranches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 concombres libanais, tranch\u00e9s en demi-lune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/fr\/toasts-a-lavocat-quatre-facons\/\">Oignons rouges marin\u00e9s<\/a> (ma recette rapido-presto), au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 425 degr\u00e9s F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire l\u2019orge perl\u00e9 selon les directives sur l\u2019emballage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale, \u00e0 feu moyen, commencer par faire revenir les cubes d\u2019aubergine \u00e0 sec. Lorsqu\u2019ils sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ramollis et dor\u00e9s, ajouter une demie c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poudre d\u2019ail, saler et terminer la cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une belle coloration, soit environ 10 minutes. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sur une grande plaque de cuisson, \u00e9tendre les pois chiches. Ajouter 1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, saupoudrer de za\u2019atar, du reste de la poudre d\u2019ail (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) et saler. Enfourner pour 30 minutes en les retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale que les aubergines, \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9, d\u00e9poser les tranches d\u2019halloumi. Faire dorer 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un petit bol, ajouter les concombres, les oignons marin\u00e9s, un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive (\u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe) et saler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans les bols de service, assembler le tout en commen\u00e7ant par l\u2019orge. Ajouter ensuite les aubergines, les pois chiches r\u00f4tis, la petite salade de concombre et les tranches de fromage halloumi.
