La <strong>pur\u00e9e d\u2019a\u00e7a\u00ef<\/strong>, qu\u2019on retrouve habituellement en Am\u00e9rique centrale et du Sud, est disponible dans certaines \u00e9piceries d\u2019ici (notamment dans les \u00e9piceries Avril et Aubut). Elle nous permet de recr\u00e9er ce dessert br\u00e9silien, le bol d\u2019a\u00e7a\u00ef, dans nos cuisines canadiennes, tout en lui donnant une touche un peu plus balanc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Riche en fibres et en prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>, ce bol aide \u00e0 soutenir la sati\u00e9t\u00e9, tout en apportant une bonne dose d\u2019antioxydants, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e7a\u00ef et aux framboises. Les garnitures ajoutent non seulement de la texture, mais aussi de <strong>bons gras<\/strong> et encore <strong>plus de micronutriments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une option rapide, color\u00e9e et satisfaisante, qui peut servir de d\u00e9jeuner ou de collations post-entra\u00eenement par exemple!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 sachet (100g) de pur\u00e9e d\u2019a\u00e7a\u00ef non-sucr\u00e9e, surgel\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125 ml) de framboises congel\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125ml) de yogourt grec nature 2%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 date Medjool (en mettre 2 si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez un bol d\u2019a\u00e7a\u00ef plus sucr\u00e9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Garnitures&nbsp;optionnelles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) de beurre de noix, au choix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kiwi jaune, coup\u00e9 en quarts de lune avec la peau*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 fraises, coup\u00e9es en rondelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*La peau des kiwis jaunes est plus fine et 100% comestible. Elle est \u00e9galement remplie de bons nutriments. Ce serait presque un gaspillage de l\u2019enlever!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Dans un robot m\u00e9langeur, ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients et m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une texture lisse.
