On met tout dans le robot m\u00e9langeur et le tour est jou\u00e9. Ces boules d\u2019\u00e9nergie aux \u00e9pices cha\u00ef sont une collation id\u00e9ale pour \u00e9viter le fameux \u2018\u2019down\u2019\u2019 du milieu d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, ou pour combler une dent sucr\u00e9e en fin de repas! Je vous recommande <strong>deux boules d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour une collation compl\u00e8te.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au besoin, vous pouvez substituer le type de noix utilis\u00e9es. Je vous propose des noix de Grenoble, mais des amandes ou des cajous peuvent fonctionner parfaitement!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 15 boules d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mac\u00e9ration&nbsp;: 1 heure minimum (optionnel selon le choix de dattes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 poches de th\u00e9 \u2018\u2019chai\u2019\u2019 (optionnel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g ou 1 tasse de dattes medjool ou autres, d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\/3 de tasse de noix de Grenoble<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de tasse (60 ml) de graines de lin, moulues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125 ml) d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) de cannelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) de cardamome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) de muscade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) de gingembre en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Optionnel.<\/strong> Cette \u00e9tape est particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9e si vous n\u2019utilisez pas des dattes medjool. Faire bouillir de l\u2019eau et infuser les deux poches de th\u00e9 dans une grande tasse ou un bol. Utiliser un r\u00e9cipient assez grand pour ensuite, apr\u00e8s 10 minutes d\u2019infusion, retirer les poches de th\u00e9 et y ajouter les dattes. Laisser reposer au moins 1 heure et id\u00e9alement 3h pour bien les r\u00e9hydrater et qu\u2019elles absorbent le plus de saveur possible!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9goutter les dattes et, dans un robot m\u00e9langeur, y ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients.
