Plusieurs possibilit\u00e9s de circuits d&rsquo;entrainement efficace peuvent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9s!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour des entrainements individuels, et est tr\u00e8s populaire pour des groupes d\u2019entrainement supervis\u00e9 par un entraineur personnel. Ces cours sont non seulement motivants et agr\u00e9ables, mais constituent \u00e9galement une fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s efficace de s\u2019entrainer diff\u00e9remment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici un circuit d\u2019entrainement pour d\u00e9couvrir quelques-uns des exercices pouvant \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s avec la RIG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Circuit d\u2019entrainement efficace de 35 minutes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un \u00e9chauffement de 5 minutes pour hausser la temp\u00e9rature corporelle et r\u00e9veiller vos articulations, proc\u00e9dez \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de chacun de ces exercices, en prenant un temps de repos entre chacun. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez le circuit deux fois, pour un total de trois s\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous \u00eates d\u00e9butant ou interm\u00e9diaire? Allouez-vous un temps de repos \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 votre temps d\u2019effort, soit 30 secondes \u00e0 l\u2019effort, suivies de 30 secondes de repos. Vous \u00eates avanc\u00e9?
