Mais vous \u00eates-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 demand\u00e9 si votre jus a la m\u00eame valeur nutritive que le fruit lui-m\u00eame ?<\/p>\n<p><b>D\u2019abord, sachez que les l\u00e9gumes et les fruits entiers contiennent plus de fibres que les jus.<\/b> \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, une orange contient environ 2,5 g de fibres tandis que 125 ml (\u00bd tasse) de jus d\u2019orange en contient moins de 0,5 g. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, de nombreuses \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une alimentation riche en fibres aide \u00e0 la perte de m\u00eame qu\u2019au maintien du poids<sup>1<\/sup>. Voici pourquoi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Puisqu\u2019elles ralentissent la digestion, les fibres nous tiennent rassasi\u00e9 plus longtemps<sup>1<\/sup>. <\/b>Elles agissent comme des \u00e9ponges et freinent la progression des aliments dans notre tube digestif. La faim et les gargouillis se font donc sentir beaucoup plus tard apr\u00e8s un repas riche en fibres.<\/li>\n<li><b>Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes entiers ont un faible <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/fr\/blogue\/lindex-glycmique-vous-connaissez\/\">index glyc\u00e9mique<\/a><\/b>. Ils entra\u00eenent donc une s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019insuline mieux r\u00e9partie dans le temps et nous emp\u00eachent de ressentir cette fatigue intense qui peut survenir apr\u00e8s la consommation d\u2019un jus de fruits, par exemple.<\/li>\n<li><b>Un aliment qui contient des fibres n\u00e9cessite qu\u2019on le m\u00e2che plus longtemps avant de l\u2019avaler<\/b>. Or, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un plus grand temps de mastication diminue notre app\u00e9tit<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mesdames, on estime que vous devriez consommer 25 g de fibres chaque jour. Pour vous, messieurs, c\u2019est 38 g par jour.
