Pour la m\u00e9thode d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, veuillez regarder la vid\u00e9o. Les exercices suivants doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s les uns apr\u00e8s les autres sans prendre de temps de repos entre les s\u00e9ries. Effectuez 15 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de chacun des huit exercices, puis prenez 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de pause avant de reprendre une seconde fois le circuit. Si le temps vous le permet,effectuez le circuit une troisi\u00e8me fois! Ce sera plus payant!<\/p>\n<p>Visez un minimum de 3 s\u00e9ances par semaine et vous remarquerez les effets sur votre corps en peu de temps.
