Une recette qui plaira certainement \u00e0 la famille!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donne 4 portions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson : 50 minutes<strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>500 ml (2 tasses) de courge musqu\u00e9e (butternut), pel\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>250 ml (1 tasse) de lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/li><li>250 ml (1 tasse) de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li><li>2 gousses d\u2019ail, \u00e9minc\u00e9es<\/li><li>200g de p\u00e2tes macaronis de bl\u00e9 entier, s\u00e8ches<\/li><li>\u00bd oignon, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>1 brocoli, coup\u00e9 en petit bouquet<\/li><li>1 poivron rouge, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>250 ml (1 tasse) de fromage cheddar, faible en gras<\/li><li>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de moutarde de Dijon<\/li><li>2,5 ml (\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de paprika<\/li><li>1,2 ml (\u00bc c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de piment fort<\/li><li>125 ml (1\/2 tasse) de fromage parmesan all\u00e9g\u00e9, r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375 \u00b0F.<\/li><li>Dans une casserole, faire cuire \u00e0 feu moyen la courge dans le lait, le bouillon et l\u2019ail environ 10 \u00e0 15 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la courge soit tendre. Saler, poivrer. M\u00e9langer le tout dans un robot culinaire. R\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Dans une autre casserole remplie d\u2019eau, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire les p\u00e2tes selon les instructions figurant sur l\u2019emballage.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, dans une po\u00eale, faire sauter l\u2019oignon, le brocoli et le poivron dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Saler, poivrer.<\/li><li>Lorsque les p\u00e2tes sont pr\u00eates, \u00e9goutter puis ajouter le m\u00e9lange de courge, les l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s, le fromage cheddar, la moutarde de Dijon, les \u00e9pices et \u00bc de tasse de fromage parmesan. Bien m\u00e9langer et transf\u00e9rer dans un plat allant au four.
