Quant aux canneberges, saviez-vous qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les consommer s\u00e9ch\u00e9es plut\u00f4t que fra\u00eeches pour tirer un maximum de leurs bienfaits?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 5 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson : 50 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1\/2 oignon, hach\u00e9<\/li><li>1 gousse d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9e<\/li><li>10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>100 g de fromage brie<\/li><li>1 pomme, coup\u00e9e en tranches<\/li><li>80 ml (1\/3 de tasse) de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li><li>1 branche de thym<\/li><li>454 g (1 lb) de filet de porc, par\u00e9<\/li><li>Sel et poivre au go\u00fbt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accompagnement (par personne)<br><\/strong>250 ml (1 tasse) de brocoli, en bouquets, cuit \u00e0 la vapeur<br>125 ml (1\/2 tasse) de riz brun, cuit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F).<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer 5 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen-vif et faire sauter l\u2019oignon. Cuire environ 15 minutes afin de le caram\u00e9liser. Ajouter l\u2019ail et cuire 2 minutes.<\/li><li>Avec un couteau, ouvrir le filet de porc en portefeuille, r\u00e9partir les morceaux de pommes, le fromage brie, les canneberges et le m\u00e9lange d\u2019oignons sur toute la longueur. Saler, poivrer. Refermer avec de la ficelle ou bien utiliser des cure-dents.<\/li><li>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, saisir le filet de porc dans 5 ml d&rsquo;huile d\u2019olive pour 2 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. D\u00e9poser le filet de porc dans un plat allant au four. Enfourner environ 30 min, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cuisson ros\u00e9e (70 \u00b0C) ou bien cuite (77 \u00b0C).<\/li><li>Lorsque le porc est pr\u00eat, retirer du four, enrouler dans un papier d&rsquo;aluminium et laisser reposer pendant 5 minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3>Valeurs nutritionnelles<strong> par portion (incluant les accompagnements) : 398 calories, 48 g glucide, 10 g gras, 31 g prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez aim\u00e9 cette recette?
