Vos entrainements devraient donc inclure des exercices qui ciblent le haut de votre corps dont vos bras, vos \u00e9paules, vos pectoraux, votre dos et aussi vos abdominaux (voir conseils #3). Dans cet article, je vous pr\u00e9sente mes exercices pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s pour le haut du corps et je vous donne 3 conseils cl\u00e9s pour maximiser l\u2019entrainement de ces muscles.<\/p>\n<h2>Les avantages de la musculation<\/h2>\n<p>Rappelons-nous d&rsquo;abord que <strong>la musculation est essentielle pour am\u00e9liorer la force et l\u2019endurance, densifier les os, am\u00e9liorer l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des activit\u00e9s quotidiennes et r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes de plusieurs conditions chroniques dont l\u2019arthrite, les maux de dos, la d\u00e9pression et le diab\u00e8te.<\/strong> \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la masse musculaire tend \u00e0 diminuer avec l\u2019\u00e2ge, il importe d\u2019int\u00e9grer des s\u00e9ances de musculation \u00e0 notre horaire hebdomadaire d\u2019entrainement pour s\u2019assurer de la maintenir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3 conseils s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et efficacit\u00e9\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Une bonne technique\u00a0: Votre objectif, lorsque vous commencez un nouveau programme, est de centrer votre attention sur la bonne ex\u00e9cution de chacun des exercices. Puis, lorsque vous \u00eates \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise avec les mouvements, vous pouvez augmenter les charges et le nombre de s\u00e9ries. Votre entra\u00eeneur personnel saura vous guider!<\/li>\n<li>Un bon \u00e9chauffement\u00a0: Peu importe l\u2019entrainement, sollicitez les muscles et articulations qui seront impliqu\u00e9s dans votre s\u00e9ance afin de pr\u00e9parer votre corps \u00e0 l\u2019entrainement plus intense qui s\u2019en vient. Pour le haut du corps, vous pouvez faire des rotations des \u00e9paules, de grands cercles avec les bras et des torsions du tronc.<\/li>\n<li>Un bon gainage\u00a0: Serrez vos muscles abdominaux avant de commencer et pendant l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de chaque exercice.
