C&rsquo;est une activit\u00e9 physique tr\u00e8s demandante et qui m\u00e9rite d&rsquo;\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 par des collations soutenantes. Pour \u00e9viter cette erreur fr\u00e9quente, voici quelques astuces simples pour vous guider. Vous saurez ensuite exactement quoi manger en randonn\u00e9e! \ud83d\ude09<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Avant la randonn\u00e9e&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9vitez de commencer une randonn\u00e9e l\u2019estomac vide. <strong>Assurez-vous de prendre un l\u00e9ger repas au moins 2 heures avant le d\u00e9but de l\u2019activit\u00e9<\/strong>. Le repas devrait fournir des glucides et des prot\u00e9ines afin de vous donner suffisamment d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Ceci permet de maintenir votre \u00e9nergie stable et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter une fatigue. N\u2019attendez pas de ressentir la faim avant de manger. Ceci semble aller \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de ce qu\u2019on dit d\u2019habitude, mais lors de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique vous ne ressentirez pas la faim comme si vous \u00e9tiez au bureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai pris le temps de regarder aux \u00e9piceries IGA afin de trouver des options de glucides simples et faciles \u00e0 transporter. La premi\u00e8re option est d\u2019apporter des fruits frais, sinon il existe aussi plusieurs options de fruits s\u00e9ch\u00e9s comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Fruit-Bliss-Organic-Snacks-Apricots\/dp\/B07C9HNM65?th=1\">Fruit Medley<\/a> (un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;abricots, de prunes et de figues) ainsi que le sac de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Organic-Original-Chewy-Banana-Bites\/dp\/B00T77QT5M?th=1\">Banana Bites<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"468\" height=\"256\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/5.png\" alt=\"5\" class=\"wp-image-27947\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Je recommande \u00e9galement d\u2019<strong>apporter un repas l\u00e9ger si vous pr\u00e9voyez une randonn\u00e9e de plus de 3 heures<\/strong>. Ceci va bien s\u00fbr d\u00e9pendre de votre dernier repas et de votre app\u00e9tit. Normalement, un repas aux 4 heures est recommand\u00e9 pour soutenir votre \u00e9nergie. Analysez donc le temps entre votre dernier repas et votre retour de randonn\u00e9e et ajoutez un repas au besoin. Personnellement je trouve qu\u2019un sandwich qui contient une source de prot\u00e9ines est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et \u00e0 transporter. \u00c9vitez d\u2019avoir un repas trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 en gras, car ceci rend la digestion plus difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si votre randonn\u00e9e est de plus de 3 heures, je propose toujours d\u2019ajouter un peu de prot\u00e9ines et de glucides complexes \u00e0 vos collations<\/strong>.
