Ce qui les distingue? Elles contiennent de la <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.naakbar.ca\/pages\/why-cricket-protein-powder\">farine de grillons<\/a> (oui, oui, l\u2019insecte!). \u00c9tant tr\u00e8s curieuse par rapport aux nouveaux produits et n&rsquo;ayant pas du tout peur de consommer des grillons sous forme de poudre, j&rsquo;avais tr\u00e8s h\u00e2te de d\u00e9guster les barres N\u00e4ak. Parmi celles que nous offrons, la barre de prot\u00e9ines au g\u00e2teau au fromage et bleuets est ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e pour son ar\u00f4me de bleuets prononc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Voici donc 3 raisons de les essayer\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Elles ont une bonne valeur nutritive<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pour maximiser la performance, il faut faire des choix judicieux.
