Voici donc quelques id\u00e9es pour all\u00e9ger vos desserts et collations!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>GRAS<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Remplacer par&nbsp;: pur\u00e9es de fruits et yogourt grec nature<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Remplacez la moiti\u00e9 (ou m\u00eame la totalit\u00e9) du gras dans vos recettes de pains, muffins et galettes par une pur\u00e9e \u00e9paisse de votre choix. Les options sont diverses&nbsp;: yogourt grec nature (qui augmentera du m\u00eame coup la teneur en prot\u00e9ines de votre recette), compote de pommes, bananes en pur\u00e9e, pur\u00e9e de citrouille ou de courge\u2026 Amusez-vous \u00e0 ajuster les \u00e9pices selon la pur\u00e9e utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>FARINE TOUT-USAGE<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Remplacer par&nbsp;: farine de bl\u00e9 entier, graines de lin moulues<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour augmenter la teneur en fibres de vos recettes, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement possible de remplacer la totalit\u00e9 de la farine tout-usage par de la farine de bl\u00e9 entier. De plus, pour aller plus loin, pour chaque tasse de farine d\u2019une recette, remplacer 2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 mL) de farine par la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de graines de lin moulues. Ceci fournira encore plus de fibres ainsi que des ar\u00f4mes agr\u00e9ables de noix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remplacer par&nbsp;: pur\u00e9e de l\u00e9gumineuses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il existe plusieurs recettes de brownies dans laquelle une partie ou m\u00eame la totalit\u00e9 de la farine est remplac\u00e9e par des l\u00e9gumineuses cuites, r\u00e9duites en pur\u00e9e.
