Ce sont des f\u00e8ves de soya qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mi-cuites et aplaties, pour en raccourcir le temps de cuisson. Puisque le soya est une bonne source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, c\u2019est une excellente option pour les gens d\u00e9sirant augmenter leur apport en prot\u00e9ines au d\u00e9jeuner, qui peut parfois s\u2019av\u00e9rer ardu.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recette de gruau de soya pommes cannelle donne 2 portions g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses, et est un repas complet en un seul bol!
