Il existe deux cat\u00e9gories d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s&nbsp;: non essentiels et essentiels. Les acides amin\u00e9s non essentiels peuvent \u00eatre produits par le corps humain, mais ce n\u2019est pas le cas pour les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. Il est donc important de se procurer des acides amin\u00e9s essentiels par l\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines de source animale ont une bonne r\u00e9putation, car elles contiennent les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels dans un aliment. Les prot\u00e9ines de source v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, quant \u00e0 elles, ne contiennent pas tous les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. Cela \u00e9tant dit, il suffit de varier les sources de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales dans son alimentation afin de fournir au corps les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels dont il a besoin pour former ses prot\u00e9ines compl\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p>Les sources de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales contiennent d\u2019ailleurs beaucoup plus de fibres alimentaires que les sources animales.
