Que vous ayez acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un gym ou pas, votre mandat sera d\u2019effectuer une s\u00e9ance d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 30 minutes. Je vais vous sugg\u00e9rer l\u2019utilisation de deux appareils diff\u00e9rents de votre choix. Si vous n\u2019avez pas acc\u00e8s au gym, vous pourrez effectuer deux activit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes. Par exemple une marche\/jogging et du v\u00e9lo ou encore du patinage \u00e0 roues align\u00e9es. L\u2019important sera de respecter l\u2019intensit\u00e9 prescrite, facteur cl\u00e9 pour obtenir de bons r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous sugg\u00e8re d\u2019effectuer votre s\u00e9ance cardiovasculaire apr\u00e8s avoir compl\u00e9t\u00e9 vos exercices musculaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DUR\u00c9E TOTALE<\/strong> : 30 minutes<br><strong>EXERCICE : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Entra\u00eenement cardiovasculaire \u00e0 la maison<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la maison peut aussi bien se faire \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Alors m\u00eame si vous avez un acc\u00e8s au gym, il se peut que vous ayez envie de profiter de la belle temp\u00e9rature tout simplement! Faites une marche rapide\/jogging qui durera environ 15 minutes. Ensuite, faites du v\u00e9lo ou patinage \u00e0 roues align\u00e9es d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 15 minutes aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Entra\u00eenement cardiovasculaire<strong> au gym<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au gym vous offre une belle diversit\u00e9 d&rsquo;appareils cardiovasculaires. Faites premi\u00e8rement du v\u00e9lo stationnaire pendant 15 minutes (en s\u00e9lectionnant le mode <em>Perte des graisses<\/em> sur l\u2019appareil). Ensuite, choisissez l\u2019appareil elliptique ou la marche rapide sur le tapis roulant (en s\u00e9lectionnant le mode <em>Manuel<\/em> sur l\u2019appareil). Effectuez l&rsquo;exercice pendant 15 minutes aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>INTENSIT\u00c9 : 65% \u00c0 75% Fc max ou 10 \u00e0 13 sur l\u2019\u00e9chelle de perception de fatigue.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Terminez votre entra\u00eenement cardiovasculaire avec des exercices d\u2019\u00e9tirement.
