Ajouter les oignons et la gousse d\u2019ail. Cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 5 minutes. Ajouter les \u00e9pinards, cuire 1 minute.\u00a0 Saler, poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une plaque allant au four, sur un papier parchemin, d\u00e9poser les tranches de pains <strong>Bon Matin Multigrain<\/strong>. Garnir avec les \u00e9pinards saut\u00e9s. Ajouter le fromage puis cuire au four 5 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le fromage ait fondu.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive restante et faire cuire les \u0153ufs \u00e0 doux pendant 1 minute de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.
