Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 12 muffins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson : 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>60 ml (1\/4 tasse) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf<\/li><li>60 ml (1\/4 tasse) de lait 1%<\/li><li>2 petites bananes m\u00fbres, \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/li><li>375 ml (1 \u00bd tasse) de farine de bl\u00e9 entier<\/li><li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de graines de lin moulues<\/li><li>125 ml (1\/2 tasse) de sucre<\/li><li>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de poudre \u00e0 lever<\/li><li>2 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de sel<\/li><li>30 g (60 ml) de noix de Grenoble, hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>30 g de chocolat noir \u00e0 70%, \u00e9miett\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer l\u2019huile, l\u2019\u0153uf, le lait et les bananes. R\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, les graines de lin moulues, le sucre, la poudre \u00e0 lever et le sel.<\/li><li>Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients secs aux ingr\u00e9dients humides en remuant juste assez pour humecter (\u00e9viter de trop m\u00e9langer), puis d\u00e9poser dans un moule \u00e0 muffins l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9 ou dans des caissettes en papier.<\/li><li>Parsemer de morceaux de noix et de chocolat et cuire au four \u00e0 375 \u00b0F pendant environ 20 minutes (ne pas trop cuire).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Accompagnez votre repas de (1 portion de muffin choco-banane)<br>250 ml de lait de soya au chocolat<br>2 kiwis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez aim\u00e9 cette recette de muffins d\u00e9jeuner choco-banane?
