Cette salade est encore meilleure en la laissant reposer le soir au frigo, puisque \u00e7a permet \u00e0 tous les ingr\u00e9dients d\u2019absorber la vinaigrette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><b>4 portions<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><b style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>500 ml (2 tasses) de bouillon de poulet ou de l\u00e9gumes, faible en sodium<\/li><li>250 ml (1 tasse) de quinoa, sec<\/li><li>500 ml (2 tasses) de m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumineuses en conserve, rinc\u00e9es et \u00e9goutt\u00e9es<\/li><li>500 ml (2 tasses) de brocoli, coup\u00e9 en petit bouquet<\/li><li>1 poivron rouge, hach\u00e9 en fines tranches<\/li><li>60 ml (1\/4 tasse) de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li><li>60 g (1\/4 tasse) de fromage feta l\u00e9ger, \u00e9miett\u00e9<\/li><li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de pacanes, hach\u00e9es<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Vinaigrette<br><\/b>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de vinaigre balsamique<br>Jus et le zeste d\u2019une lime<br>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<br>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de moutarde de Dijon<br>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Cette recette contient par portion:<br><\/strong><\/em><i>457 calories \/ 66 g glucides \/ 20 g prot\u00e9ines \/ 14 g lipides \/ 6 g fibres<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Dans une casserole, porter le bouillon de poulet \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Faire cuire le quinoa selon les indications de l\u2019emballage. R\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Dans un grand bol, combiner les l\u00e9gumineuses, le brocoli, le poivron rouge, les canneberges, le feta et les pacanes.<\/li><li>Dans un autre petit bol, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette. Incorporer la vinaigrette \u00e0 la salade et bien m\u00e9langer. Saler, poivrer.<\/li><li>Lorsque le quinoa est pr\u00eat, m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la salade.
